How often should I train?
2-3x per week for the best results!
How are memberships structured?
Memberships are flexible based on how often you want to train. We offer monthly recurring memberships and class package options!
If I'm hurt can I still train/join?
Yes! We design modifications and alternative exercises so clients can train safely around past or current injuries while still making progress.
What types of workouts do you offer?
We specialize in strength and conditioning for all levels. Whether you’re an athlete looking to improve performance or an adult wanting to get stronger and move better, our workouts focus on safe, progressive strength training, conditioning, and mobility.
What can I expect in a typical class?
Classes are purposeful and coached. You can expect a warm-up and mobility prep, strength or power training, conditioning or skill work, and a cool-down. Each session is designed to be challenging, fun, and a highlight of your day.
How many athletes are in each class?
We keep our classes small, with a maximum of 10 athletes. This ensures that everyone gets individual coaching attention, proper technique guidance, and personalized progressions.
